  4. Roby Sherman has done a fabulous job of
  5. setting up the ACES newsletter in disk
  6. form.  But now he has stepped down from
  7. his editorship and I have volunteered
  8. to take over.  With the technical end
  9. of it already done, it will be my job
  10. to pretty much follow the format and
  11. fill up the disk with articles and
  12. items which will be of general
  13. interest.
  14.  
  15. It was my feeling that enough
  16. "technical stuff" already exists out 
  17. there, and that this newsletter
  18. should be for the rest of us.
  19. Accordingly, I am slanting the 
  20. emphasis on simpler things.  If my
  21. assessment is wrong, I'm sure I'll 
  22. hear about it!
  23.  
  24. As always, contributions will be more
  25. than welcome, both original and those 
  26. gleaned from other non-copyrighted 
  27. sources. The chapter "How To Submit 
  28. Articles" covers the mechanics of 
  29. getting the articles to me, so 
  30. PLEASE SEND all contributions. With
  31. the help of all our readers, we 
  32. should have a top notch publication.  
  33. The talent surely exists among our
  34. membership, so let's tap it.

  36. A tentative cut-off point of December
  37. 15th has been set for the next issue.
  38. If there are any problems in uploading
  39. (or if you don't have a modem) hand
  40. delivery will work fine.  Just call me
  41. at (305) 721-7745 and we'll manage to
  42. expedite delivery of your material.
